Affiliated company Compass Living develops and acquires multifamily and senior-focused residential communities throughout the United States. We also have sponsored a series of boutique real estate private equity funds, particularly focused on general partner equity.

Bob has extensive experience in real estate development and investment throughout the United States. He has been the lead sponsor of acquisitions and developments across a diverse range of properties and investment strategies. He has been a principal owner of every major property type, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, student housing, medical office, storage, senior living, single family residential, for sale residential condominiums, commercial and residential planned unit developments and lots, raw land, marinas and specialty properties.
